At PRIME Fitness Academy we offer 1 hour personal training sessions (our recommended and most popular package!)
All of our Personal Training packages begin with a free fitness assessment. During this assessment your Personal Trainer will evaluate your current level of fitness and create an individualized training regimen for you. Our Personal training program includes a body composition report and analysis, warm-up, cool down, and a recommended exercise plan that address the individuals goals. All of this is designed for you to meet your personal fitness goals which will be established in your free assessment.
Partner training sessions are available in the same format as the individual training packages. These training programs include one consultation each, a body composition report and analysis, warm-up, cool down, and a recommended exercise plan that address each participants’ goals.
