New to fitness and working out?

Are you unsure of what to do with exercise machines or free-weights in a gym setting?

Does your teenager show interest in lifting weights but need safe and scientifically proven fundamental teaching to weight training?

If you answered yes to any of these questions this class is for you!

PRIME Fitness Academy is proud to offer its first educational class to the members of PRIME Fitness Academy. In the course we will not be “coaching” the correct techniques and form. We will be TEACHING the correct form and technique of basic weight training.

The course will consist of a 6 week program, classes will be held 2 training days a week. We will instruct and teach on the first day and apply these techniques in a controlled and monitored environment. Safety is the upmost priority when teaching these techniques.

Our instructional model is based around our motto to training:

Don’t LIFT the weights…CONTROL the weights!

 

 
 

Two Classes will be offered:

Young Adult Class:

Ages: 14-18

Training Sessions: 12 Total. Two times per week, for 6 weeks.

This classes is focused more for the beginner. Even if you have some knowledge of weight training, this class will start from the very beginning. The fundamentals of weight lifting will be instructed and taught during this 6 week course.

Adult Class:

Ages: 18+

Training Sessions: 12 Total. Two times per week, for 6 weeks.
